Rockefeller Global Family Office Adds Ex-Merrill Team

Rockefeller Global Family Office, the wealth management division of Rockefeller Capital Management, has added Meyer DeMartini Wealth Partners, based in San Francisco. The group used to work at Merrill Lynch Private Wealth Management. The team will report to Brian Riley, Western divisional director of Rockefeller Global Family Office. As of January 31, the firm was responsisble for $154 billion in client assets across its three businesses, Rockefeller Global Family Office, Rockefeller Asset Management, and Rockefeller Global Investment Banking.
Meyer DeMartini is led by managing director and private advisor Lorna Meyer. The group also includes senior vice presidents and private advisors James DeMartini, Andrew Meyer and William Meyer, and vice presidents and senior client relationship managers Becky Chen and Keri Chan.
“San Francisco continues to be hub of innovation across industries, including technology, biotech and life sciences, and international business,” Riley said.
The addition adds to other arrivals of firms under the group’s umbrella in recent months. In January, Rockefeller Global Family Office added two private advisor teams – Heritage Wealth Partners of Houston, Texas, and Venetos Wealth Partners of New York. In July, the group added Titus Wealth Partners, adding to its presence in Boston, Massachusetts.
